Product Description
Overview
PARP1 (Poly (ADP-ribose) Polymerase 1) is a key nuclear enzyme that senses single-strand breaks and other DNA lesions. Upon recruitment to sites of damage, PARP1 catalyzes PARylation, recruits DNA repair factors, and remodels chromatin to facilitate repair.
The PhenoVue anti-PARP1 mouse IgG2a antibody can be used in imaging and high-content analysis workflows in the study of cellular responses to DNA damage.
