Overview
PhenoVue neuronal differentiation staining kit includes four PhenoVue probes to visualize nuclei, actin, as well as B3 tubulin and nestin proteins.
This kit can be used to assess neuron differentiation efficiency from progenitors such as embryonic stem cells or induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSC), as well as to visualize neurons in brain cell derived co-cultures.
The combination of specific, bright and photostable PhenoVue dyes enables the ability to perform a 4-plex experiment with maximum spectral separation and a significantly reduced spectral overlap.
Each PhenoVue probe has been extensively validated and carefully optimized for excellent batch-to-batch reproducibility.
