The BioPAT® Trace Bioreactor probe assembly 9-bellows KPC is an exclusive accessory for the dialysis probe (BPT0086) and is part of the BioPAT® Trace and Multi Trace system . It is a bellows with KPC port for mounting the dialysis probe on Biostat® STR®. It comes in a pack of 3 pieces and it is absolutly required for the functionality. Bioreactor probe assembly 9-bellows KPC can be used in Biostat® STR.

The setup of a reusable probe to a single sue system requires a system which allows the sterilization and the connection later. The 9-bellows KPC is a special design for the 300 mm dialysis probe. After build in of the probe to the setup and the filling of the probe with liquid it will autoclaved. After autoclaving the KPC system will connected with the part which is welded in the bag. After the final connection the probe will be pushed into the bioreactor and it is arrested in the probe support. Finally only the membrane window is llooking in the fermenter.
