ElectroMAX™ DH12S Cells ElectroMAX DH12S Cells, a derivative of DH10B cells, are suitable for transformation by electroporation. They may be used for production of single-stranded (ss)DNA and in procedures requiring high transformation efficiencies, such as generation of cDNA, genomic, and subtractive cDNA libraries.

g., screening Ab libraries using panning method).
