High Temperature Nut and Ferrule Kit for Exactive GC-Orbitrap GC-MS System Use the Thermo Scientific™ GC-Orbitrap™ High Temperature Nut and Ferrule Kit to obtain leak-free results at high temperature transferline settings on your gas chromatography (GC) Orbitrap. The high-temperature SCP-5000 Vespel ferrules (included) allow continuous operating transferline temperatures of at least 320°C without ferrule deformation or breakdown (common with standard graphite/Vespel ferrules above 280°C), preventing leaks from forming over an extended period of time. The included spring loaded nut ensures a close fit between nut, ferrule and transferline, further preventing leaks from forming.
