Pierce™ Chromatin Prep Module The Thermo Scientific™ Pierce™ Chromatin Prep Module provides a simple, fast, and reproducible method to isolate chromatin for use in assays that monitor transcription regulation through histone modification1 (epigenetics) or transcription factor-DNA binding interactions, such as chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP). The module contains all reagents necessary to isolate crosslinked chromatin from mammalian cells.
