Sequence Detection Systems Spectral Calibration Kit, 384-well This Applied Biosystems® easy-to-use kit establishes the pure dye spectra and multicomponent values for FAM™, JOE™, NED™,ROX™, SYBR™ Green, TAMRA™, TET™, and VIC® dyes on the 7900HT Sequence Detection System. The Sequence Detection Systems Spectral 384-Well Calibration kit includes two optical 384-well reaction plates: one preloaded and sealed background plate, and one preloaded and sealed spectral calibration plate with eight separate dye standards.
