TaqMan™ Array, Human Heat Shock Proteins, Fast 96-well These 96-well plates are pre-configured with the most appropriate TaqMan® Gene Expression Assays for a specific biological process, pathway, or disease state. Each plate contains predefined assays and endogenous controls dried-down in the wells, ready for accurate assessment of an entire gene signature in one simple experiment. The panel of assays in the TaqMan® Array 96-well Human Heat Shock Proteins Plate targets genes from three of the most studied Heat shock protein families: 1) HSP90; 2) HSP70; and 3) HSP60. The heat shock protein family HSP40 (DNAJ), as well as small heat shock proteins from the HSP27, HSP10 and HSP110 families, are also included on the panel. Additional genes on the panel include heat shock factors that regulate transcription of the heat shock proteins.
