10 Assays (10 x 96-well) CaptureSelect AAT-XL Ligand Leakage ELISA is designed to detect possible leached ligand of alpha-1 anti-trypsin (AAT) purified using CaptureSelect AAT-XL Affinity Matrix. The AAT-XL affinity ligand is a 13-kD recombinant single-domain antibody fragment (VHH affinity ligand) expressed in yeast and covalently coupled to a chromatography matrix for high chemical stability and low leakage. During the chromatography process small amounts of ligand can leach from the chromatography support and co-elute with the target protein.
