Thermo Fisher, 8804-6837-74, MagniSort™ Human pan-Monocyte Enrichment Kit The MagniSort™ Human Pan-Monocyte Enrichment Kit is designed for the magnetic separation of conventional CD14+ and unconventional CD16+CD14- monocytes by negative selection. It has been optimized for the isolation of human pan-monocytes from normal human peripheral blood mononuclear cells utilizing a biotinylated antibody cocktail and streptavidin-coated magnetic beads. Undesired cells, including CD16+ NK cells, are bound by antibody and then magnetic beads that, when placed in a magnetic field, leaving monocytes untouched and free in solution.
