Immobilized Anti-TMT™ Antibody Resin, 6 mL Tandem mass tag (TMT) isobaric label reagents are used for multiplexed protein quantitation using tandem mass spectrometry. Immobilized Anti-TMT Resin is designed to effectively capture and enrich peptides or proteins labeled using any TMT reagent. Anti-TMT Resin and TMT Elution Buffer are effective for reducing sample complexity, improving dynamic range, and studying cysteine modifications such as S-nitrosylation, oxidation, and disulfide bonds of protein samples labeled with iodoTMT reagents.
