Content includes variants informed by the American College of Medical Genetics (ACMG) and the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) guidelines, as well as from well-curated, prominent databases and peer-reviewed literature [1–6]. Structural variant detection includes 24 genes/loci with exon and gene level detection for disorders such as DMD, CFTR, GJB6, HBA1, HBA2, HBB, etc.
