MicroSEQ™ ID Ultra Sequencing Clean-up Plates Kit The MicroSEQ™ IDUltraSequencing Clean-up Plates Kit is used for post-sequencing clean-up in the MicroSEQ™ ID workflow. The gel-filtration matrix used in the microplate cartridges provides a convenient and simple way to remove dye terminators, dNTPs, salts, and residual primers from cycle sequencing reactions. MicroSEQ IDUltraSequencing Clean-up plates can be stored at ambient temperate for up to 4 weeks. The MicroSEQ IDUltraSequencing Clean-up Plates Kit offers the same or better sequence quality results as the MicroSEQ™ ID Sequencing Clean-up Plates.
