TaqMan™ QK Platinum 1-Step Multiplex Master Mix TaqMan QK Platinum 1-Step Multiplex Master Mix is designed for rapid, multiplex, high-sensitivity real-time quantitative RT-PCR detection with high-quality results for even complex samples. This master mix contains UDG enzyme to help prevent crossover contamination. The enzyme master mix and buffer are provided in concentrated format, which allows for the addition of more sample to each reaction, increasing sensitivity in even small reactions. The separate enzyme master mix and buffer facilitate the optimization of reaction conditions and are ideal for molecular diagnostic applications.
