1000 mL POROS CaptureSelect FcXP Affinity Resin is specifically designed for the purification of recombinant human IgG, Fc fusion proteins, and plasma-derived IgG through binding of the CH3 domain of human IgG. The FcXP ligand recognizes all human IgG subclasses (IgG1, 2, 3, and 4) with high binding capacity (20–25 g IgG/L) and excellent elution characteristics. The large pore structure of the POROS bead enables efficient purification of larger biomolecules.
