QK Platinum SYBR Green Master Mix QK Platinum SYBR Green Master Mix is a pre-formulated, optimized, universal 2X master mix for real-time PCR workflows. Combined with user-supplied primer sets and template, this master mix amplifies targets for accurate gene expression analysis. It contains UDG enzyme to help prevent crossover contamination and has a two-year shelf-life.

Wide dynamic rangeQK Platinum SYBR Green Master Mix can yield up to 6-log dynamic range for cDNA (see figure) and shows equivalent or better dynamic range in the detection of various targets compared to other master mixes.
High benchtop stabilityQK Platinum SYBR Green Master Mix was engineered to maintain high levels of performance in prepared reactions for up to 72 hours at room temperature. A figure below shows the stability of reactions performed at the time of preparation (T0) and after 72 hours of incubation at room temperature (T72).
