Thermo Fisher, A66441, MitoTracker™ Dyes for Mitochondria Labeling The Mitotracker dyes for flow cytometry are cell permeant reagents that label mitochondria in live cells. Provided at an optimized concentration with protocols for flow cytometry to allow for more precise analysis with both conventional and spectral flow cytometry.
The rosamine- and carbocyanine-based staining dyes MitoTracker Orange CMTMRos, Red CMXRos, Red FM, Green FM, and Deep Red FM enable mitochondria visualization with fluorescent imaging. These mitochondria dyes are packaged in vials of 50 μg each to create freshly reconstituted dyes without the impact of freeze-thaw cycles to aid in a simplified sample prep for cell analysis workflow.
