FluoCells™ Prepared Slide #2 (BPAE cells with Mouse Anti-α-tubulin, AlexaFluor™ 488, FL Goat Anti-Mouse IgG, Texas Red™-X Phalloidin, and DAPI) FluoCells prepared microscope slides contain multi-labeled cell preparations for observation by fluorescence microscopy. FluoCells Prepared Slide #2 contains bovine pulmonary artery endothelial cells (BPAEC). Within each cell, F-actin is labelled with Texas Red-X phalloidin, microtubules are labelled with anti–bovine α-tubulin mouse monoclonal 236-10501 in conjunction with AlexaFluor 488 goat anti–mouse IgG antibody, and the nucleus is labelled with DAPI.
