ViraPower™ Adenoviral Promoterless Gateway™ Expression Kit The ViraPower™ Adenoviral Promoterless Gateway™ Expression Kit combines Invitrogen’s ViraPower™ Adenoviral and Gateway™ technologies to facilitate easy recombination-based cloning and adenoviral-based, transient expression of a target gene in dividing and non-dividing mammalian cells. The pAd⁄PL-DEST™ vector allows generation of an adenovirus containing the target gene where expression is driven by a promoter of choice. Alternatively, the vector may also be used to express small RNA molecules from their appropriate promoters.
