Product Description
Lens Culinaris (Edible Lentil) Agglutinin (LCA), fluorescein (FITC) Lens Culinaris Agglutinin (LCA), fluorescein ( FITC), is a bright-green LCA-fluorophor conjugate that is sourced from a common edible lentil. LCA specificity is similar to concanavalin A, but narrower, resulting in differences in patterns of tissue staining. Wheat germ agglutinin, concanavalin A, and LCA are known to block inhibitory effects of nerve growth factor in cell-free systems.
