pHrodo™ Deep Red Mammalian and Bacterial Cell Labeling Kit Easily detect antibody internalization, phagocytosis, and endocytosis with the pHrodo iFL Red and Green microscale protein and pHrodo Deep Red Mammalian and Bacterial Cell labeling kits. The pHrodo iFL Red, pHrodo iFL Green, and pHrodo Deep Red dyes are non-fluorescent in neutral environments but fluoresce brightly in acidic conditions. This enables the discrimination of dye-bound proteins and antibodies within cell structures such as phagosomes and endosomes, or phagocytized versus non-phagocytized cells.
