Tissue Alexa Fluor 546 (Type 1) Module, Orange (TRITC), 24 Slides ViewRNA Tissue Assay Fluorescence kits enable an in situ hybridization (ISH) method for the simultaneous detection of one to four RNA targets (mRNA, non-coding RNA, or microRNA) at single-copy sensitivity. These kits combine bright Alexa Fluor 488, Alexa Fluor 594, Alexa Fluor 546, Alexa Fluor 647, and Alexa Fluor 750 dyes that are visualized using fluorescence microscopes or high-content imagers. ViewRNA Tissue assay uses proprietary chemistry for the target-specific probe sets (RNA FISH probes) and branch DNA (bDNA) signal amplification for detection of specific signal.
