FAQ
What solvents can I use with the XSelect HSS T3? In order to achieve the best possible column performance use high grade chromatography solvents. Make sure that you filter all aqueous buffers beforehand. In order to discourage bacterial growth the addition of at least 5% organic buffers is recommended. Solvents containing suspended particulate materials can clog your column and cause poor performance. Degas all solvents before use to prevent bubble formation. It is also recommended that you use an on-line degassing unit.
