Oasis PRiME HLB sets the new performance standard for solid phase extraction cleanup in routine analysis. This sorbent will provide reversed-phase cleanup of acidic, basic and neutral compounds form complex sample matrices. Oasis PRiME HLB has been designed to simplify SPE with easy to follow protocols. It also produces cleaner samples by removing greater than 95% of common matrix interferences such as salts, proteins and phospholipids. Additionally, viscous samples can be processed with faster flows through the device and and less plugging. Based on the Oasis HLB sorbent technology, this water-wettable sorbent does not require conditioning and equilibration to provide excellent recoveries.

The Oasis PRiME HLB 96-well plate offers 96 wells, each filled with 10 mg of this sorbent, which has been designed to increase speed in both the plate itself and within your overall processing workflow. Not only are condition and equilibration steps eliminated, but viscous samples are able to flow more easily through cartridges and plates because of an optimized frit and sorbent design. This leads to flow rates through the device much faster than common matrices like plasma, urine, or milk.
