Product Description
The first choice for reverse phase protein separation and analysis, BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Column, 450Å, 2.7 µm, 2.1 mm X 150 mm Columns contain 2.7 µm superficially-porous-silica particles having an average pore diameter of 450Å. The particles are functionalized with a proprietary polyphenyl bonding process that was specifically designed for LC or LC-MS analyses of intact IgG monoclonal antibodies and their fragments. Each batch is qualified using a gradient separation of the Waters mAb Subunit Standard (p/n: 186008927). Note: p/n: 176004158 contains this same column with Intact mAb Mass Check Standard (p/n: 186006552) and mAb Subunit Standard (p/n: 186008927). Suggested Use: Intact protein and mAb subunit analysis, Protein Analysis, ADC characterization, AAV, Antibody Conjugates

Also purchase the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl VanGuard Cartridge, 450Å, 2.7 µm, 2.1 mm X 5 mm, 3/pk to protect your BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Column from particulate and chemical contaminants that may harm the analysis results.
FAQ
How Is Column Equilibration Conducted On The BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Column? For this listing of 2.1 I.D, it is recommended that 5.2 column flush volume be used for column equilibration. It is also recommended that in order to avoid possibly precipitating mobile phase additives in your column or in your system, flush the column with ten column volumes of a water/organic solvent mixture, using the same or lower solvent content as in the desired buffered mobile phase. For example, before introducing 50% acetonitrile/50% buffer mobile phase, flush the column and HPLC system with 50% acetonitrile in water.
Column equilibration can be determined by stable pressure and by a stable detector baseline. However, for a specific application, it is necessary to test the required duration of equilibration. The criteria for adequate equilibration include reproducibility of retention time for major and minor peaks, resolution for critical pairs, and consistent baseline characteristics.
