Product Description

The first choice for reverse phase protein separation and analysis, BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Method Validation Kit, 450Å, 2.7 µm, 2.1 mm X 100 mm Columns contain 2.7 µm superficially-porous-silica particles having an average pore diameter of 450Å. The particles are functionalized with a proprietary polyphenyl bonding process that was specifically designed for LC or LC-MS analyses of intact IgG monoclonal antibodies and their fragments. Each batch is qualified using a gradient separation of the Waters mAb Subunit Standard (p/n: 186008927). This Method Validation Kit (MVK) Part Number contains (3) (p/n: 186008945) columns from (3) different manufactured batches. Note: p/n: 176004159 includes the (3) (p/n: 186008945) columns from (3) different manufactured batches plus three vials of the Intact mAb Mass Check Standard (p/n: 186006552) and three vials of the mAb Subunit Standard (p/n: 186008927). Suggested Use: Intact protein and mAb subunit analysis, Protein Analysis, ADC characterization, AAV, Antibody Conjugates

Additional Information
BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Method Validation Kit, 450Å, 2.7 µm, 2.1 mm X 100 mm, 3/pk Are you performing intact and sub-unit monoclonal antibody analysis with reversed-phase chromatography? The BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Method Validation Kit is here to make method development and validation for those analyses that much easier. This breakthrough solutions kit can help you easily conquer the analytical challenges inherent in reverse-phase chromatographic analysis of monoclonal antibodies, plus it comes with the standards needed for LC-MS or LC system and instrument performance verification. What does this kit include? Three BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Columns packed with the same sorbent from three different batches and three vials each of the Intact mAb Mass Check Standard and mAb Subunit Standard. If you’re a scientist working in method development, you want the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Method Validation Kit at your command. Tell your lab manager to order one today, or simply order one yourself and have it shipped directly to you. The BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Method Validation Kit offers a reverse-phase solution for intact and IdeS digested monoclonal antibodies, but how? The BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Columns offer superficially porous silica particles that are functionalized by a novel polyphenyl bonding process. When you combine this novel process with solid-core column technology, you have a recipe for a column that can provide better chromatographic resolution at higher flow rates. This not only helps you to maximize the resolving power of your analyses, it also aids in enhancing the selectivity of various analyzed protein samples. Before the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Method Validation Kit is packed and shipped to you, each BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Column must undergo a strict QC process with NIST-based mAb standards. This helps us to ensure that you only receive the best-performing liquid chromatography columns right out of the box. And if you want to extend your column’s overall lifetime and save it from fouling caused by particulate contamination, you can do so by adding the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl VanGuard Cartridge to your analytical workflow. Before checking out with the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Method Validation Kit, make sure to shop lab equipment to discover all of the other incredible products and resources we have available at Waters.
