XBridge Premier Oligonucleotide BEH C18 Prep Guard Cartridge, 130Å, 5 µm, 10 x 10 mm is equipped with MaxPeak High Performance Surface (HPS) hardware technology which significantly reduces unwanted analyte/surface interactions that can lead to poor peak shape and losses in sample signal intensity. These guard cartridges help to prevent undesired sample/surface interactions that can lead to sample losses. XBridge Premier C18 Preparative Guard Cartridges are packed with the same bridged ethyl hybrid (BEH) resin packed in XBridge OBD Preparative Columns that allow for a wider range of pH operating range (pH 1-12). These XBridge BEH C18 reversed-phase guard cartridges are packed with the same quality control (QC) tested sorbent (each batch is tested with oligonucleotide standards to ensure lot-to-lot performance and reproducibility). Use of these guard cartridges help to protect the Preparative Column from particulates and to extend its effective lifetime.
