IonHance is a high purity MS-grade mobile phases additive for oligonucleotide LC-MS analysis. This reagent has been manufactured and purified to achieve the lowest metal content thereby improving MS signal and spectra quality. Approximately 100 mL of reagent is included in every chemically resistant PFA container. Hexafluoro-2-propanol is a weak acid that is used in combination with amine reagent to provide high ionization efficiency mobile phases. IonHance HFIP is certified by GC to have a purity ≥99% and contains <100 ppb sodium (Na) and <100 ppb potassium (K) content.
