How And When Should I Replace My Soft Drink Mobile Phase? One liter of mobile phase should be used for one week before circulation. To replace it, you should purge the old mobile phase from the system and replace it with a fresh mobile phase.
To prime and start the pump, set the pump flow rate to 0.0 mL/min and remove waste from the solvent reservoir. Place the solvent line into the new bottle of mobile phase before setting the pump flow to 1.0 mL/min, then wait 15 minutes.
