They contain 10 million particles and have a plate count of more than 10,000 plates per column. These columns are exceptionally strong because of a restricted particle size distribution that produces a very stable column bed. The Styragel HT Columns offer exceptional resolution of polymers in the mid-to-high molecular weight range and are ideal for both ambient and high-temperature analysis. The average plate count per column is 10,000 plates packed with hard 10 µm particles. These columns are extremely robust because of the narrow particle size distribution that results in a stable column bed. The Styragel HT Columns are appropriate for both ambient and high-temperature analysis and give excellent resolution of polymers with molecular weights in the mid-to-high range. In high-temperature GPC applications, these tough GPC columns provide remarkable column longevity.
